▣ Business Case 주제 :

It’s no secret that traditional retail has experienced several market disruptions recently and has been pressured to innovate at a record pace. Macy’s has been at the forefront of many retail innovations. We recognize however the need to continue appealing to emerging customer shopping patterns. Your challenge is to help us move more quickly with our customer and their needs and re-establish ourselves as the #1 Affordable Fashion Authority. In order to deliver a solid recommendation, you will conduct solid market research on what merchandising teams do (both at Macy’s and industry-wide) and research the recent restructure of Macy’s and the reasons behind it. Then, help us innovate by creating an integrated marketing strategy for Macy’s concept of Fast Fashion.
