1- 표절, 대필, 저작권 위반 등이 발견될 경우 실격 처리되며, 다음 대회 참가는 물론 본부가 진행하는 모든 프로그램에서 불이익을 당할 수 있습니다. (I will be disqualified if signs of plagiarism, ghostwriting, or copyright violations are discovered. Additionally, I understand that I may receive penalties that could prohibit me from participating in future HOBY Korea programs and competitions.)

2- 참가 등록시 제공한 정보 및 제출된 소논문 등 참가자의 모든 정보와 자료는 참가자에게 반환되지 않습니다. 또한 주최/주관사 및 운영본부의 재산이 되며 추후 프로그램의 발전 및 홍보를 위한 자료로 쓰일 수 있습니다. ( I understand that all information and materials submitted, including my full paper, will become the property of HOBY Korea and may be used for the development and promotion of future programs. I acknowledge that these materials will not be returned to me.)

3- 본인의 실수로 인적 사항 등의 정보를 잘못 기재했을 시 발생하는 불이익에 대해서 운영본부에서 책임지지 않습니다. (I agree that HOBY Korea is not responsible for any disadvantages that may arise due to any mistakes I make, including incorrect personal information.)

본부는 지원자가 개인정보 수집‧이용에 관한 동의한 날로부터 2년이 지나면 예외 없이 신청 정보를 삭제합니다. (HOBY Korea will immediately terminate the information without exception after 2 years from the date the applicant agreed with personal information collection and usage.)
