1-I certify that all information and documents submitted in this application are accurate. I understand that I am solely responsible for any false information, forged documents, plagiarism, or AI usage.

2- I understand that the information submitted in this application may be used by HOBY Korea and the Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) for the administration, development, and promotion of their programs.

3- By participating in the 2026 HOBY Korea International Young Scholars Conference (2026 IYSC), I grant HOBY Korea and the Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) permission to photograph, record, and use my image, voice, presentations, and related materials for educational, promotional, and archival purposes, without additional compensation.

4- I understand that HOBY Korea and the Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) are not responsible for any disadvantages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided in my application.

5-I agree to the following refund policy:
   - Within 4 days from the payment date: Full refund
   - 5–6 days from the payment date: Refund after a 10% deduction
   - 7–8 days from the payment date: Refund after a 20% deduction
   - 9– 10 days from the payment date: Refund after a 30% deduction
   - After 10 days from the payment date: No refund available

※ Please note: Due to program operations, no refunds will be issued for payments made on or after July 15, regardless of the number of days since payment.

Collection of Personal Information and Purpose of Use

Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) and HOBY Korea collects personal information for the following purposes:

• - Contacting applicants regarding program applications and admissions.
• - Managing program participation and publicizing relevant activities.

Retention and Use Period for Collected Personal Information

Once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, HOBY Korea and Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) will promptly delete the information without exception.
