2- Any suspicion of plagiarism in your essay will result in immediate disqualification.
3- Your essay will not be returned.
4- Evaluation feedback will not be provided.
5- EASE and HOBY will not take responsibility for any disadvantages incurred due to errors in the information and essays that you submitted with your application.
6- It is prohibited to individually contact supporting organizations and awarders involved in this competition without prior consent from the EASE and HOBY. We kindly ask for your understanding that legal responsibilities may be imposed if detected.
Applicant Declaration
1- This essay represents my own work. I understand that my essay will become the property of the Education Association for Software Empowerment (EASE) and HOBY Korea to be used at their discretion. It will not be returned to me, and both my essay and the information provided in the application can be used to promote the competition.
2- If awarded, I (or a designated family member) agree to attend the awards ceremony (online or offline).
3- All responsibilities and consequences resulting from plagiarism, ghostwriting, copyright infringement, or violations of the competition's AI usage guidelines rest solely with me.
